The shift in representation by women and junior reps is a testament to the rationale of moving CAS to CFAS!!!
CFAS connects last year were a big hit and we have just started our this year programming starting in September. Great way for our group to connect and continue the work of all of our committees.
Tremendous accomplishment that began a number of years ago by previous CFAS chairs and brought to fruition this year. Thank you Vin, Scott and Gabriela
If you are new to CFAS from these societies, indicate so in the Chat
Is there a sliding scale for dues depending on the number of members in the society?
Yes - Tracey, I can explain that to you in detail offline. But there are different "tiers" of membership based on membership numbers.
Great! Thanks so much.
I hope many of you have made CFAS Connects part of your monthly calendar and part of your culture

One of the things I appreciate the most about the AAMC is how we have month by month attendance and support of a variety of different meetings and events by AAMC staff! Thank you so much for that.

Thankyou Nita, Gabriela, and all...so inspiring to be part of our community!
Kudos to Gabriela for her leadership over these past two years. We have much to be proud of as the CFAS community and our work on behalf of our colleagues in Academic Medicine.
Gabriella, thank you for your leadership and all your hard work on our behalf and keeping us connected

Thank you Gabriela and others for the kind words. It has been a real pleasure to me to have the privilege to participate in the creation and leadership of CFAS. I look forward to continuing to contribute to CFAS
This is an opportunity to help programs institute holistic reviews for residency applicants.
It is truly a privilege - really - to work with all of you!
I hope everyone has subscribed to Ross’s weekly update on COVID-19 and more. It is very informative and useful
REMINDER: LSL next month so no CFAS connects but we will see you on Dec 16 3-4PM EST. Mark your calendars!
Great to see you, Mike!
@Nadine... and to guide students with respect to the activities they need to have for a competitive residency application.
^@Tracey- totally agree. Check out the work APGO is doing through its RRR grant: https://apgo.org/page/transformingtheumetogmetransition
Thank you for sharing resources/links... we'll include in the notes for this meeting.
@All: keep sending your comments, questions, and suggestions!!
P/F grading is supposed to increase student wellness, but I am not so sure that it will work out that way unless we are very intentional about incorporating other elements.
See you all @LSL!
Vin - we are well situated to create working groups around this - and Yes, Gabriela - we can engage directly with Alison.

Limit the number of programs a student can apply to, and add more rounds of SOAP.
THANK YOU EVERYONE for being here.
